Welcome to Arup! As the Americas’ (U.S., Canada, Central and South America) Senior Graphic Designer at a global architectural and engineering firm, I’ve had the opportunity to shape visual narratives that span climate action, resilience, architecture, and beyond. I collaborate with cross-functional teams around the world! Every project is rooted in strategy and sustainability designed to inform, inspire, and drive change.

Below is a curated selection of nonconfidential work from conference design to internal campaigns and branded event materials. Each project reflects Arup’s mission-driven approach and my role in translating complex ideas into bold, accessible design.

IEEE PES T&D Conference

Role: Graphics Designer and Art Director

For Arup’s priority presence at the IEEE PES T&D Conference in Chicago, I developed and directed a bold, bespoke visual experience designed to command attention on a crowded exhibition floor. Collaborating closely with executive leadership, I conceptualized a striking "transmission tower" theme anchored by a vibrant gradient of Arup’s signature red to capture the scale and ambition of the global energy transition.

As the hands-on graphic designer and art director, I brought this technical narrative to life across a cohesive suite of physical and digital touchpoints using Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. I designed and executed large-scale environmental graphics, including a 10’×10’ immersive booth and a fully wrapped 20’×10’ meeting room, while ensuring strict brand alignment across digital invitations, email signatures, and social assets. The resulting creative delivered an emotionally resonant, integrated brand experience that positioned Arup as a forward-thinking force in the evolving energy landscape.

A Universal Taxonomy for natural hazard and climate risks and resilience assessments

This interactive pdf booklet establishes a framework that provides stakeholders with a common language for risk and resilience assessments, essential for effective communication and decision-making in the face of increasing climate hazards. It aims to ensure that decision-makers have the necessary confidence to enhance resilience across their organization's buildings, promoting consistency and transparency in climate risk assessments globally.

This process took several months to create and adjust the design to meet the technical team's needs. Each page and section are bookmarked and linked to easily allow readers to jump to necessary subjects. This was one of my most rewarding projects.
