Westside Neighborhood School:
Creative Direction and Graphic Design
At Westside Neighborhood School, I led the creative vision for a full-scale brand refresh—designing standout ads, polished marketing campaigns, custom swag, and a reimagined admissions book. I transformed the admissions piece into a magazine-style guide that captured the school’s vibrant personality and boosted engagement. From Instagram promos to event collateral, every element was crafted to feel fresh, thoughtful, and uniquely WNS.
Advertising
I spearheaded WNS’s annual ad campaigns from concept to placement—developing the theme, art directing the photoshoots, designing the ads, and coordinating with media reps across digital, print, social, and out-of-home. I worked closely with photographers, vendors, and our internal team to ensure every ad told a compelling story and reached the right audience in the right place.
Admission Book
I designed WNS’s branded admissions book—a polished, magazine-style piece used to introduce prospective families to the school. The book features key information about each division, academic programs, and community highlights, all presented in a clean, engaging format that reflects the school’s personality. Updated twice a year, I handled everything from layout and design to coordinating with printers and collaborating with internal teams to keep content fresh and on-brand.
SWAG
I illustrated and designed custom swag for multiple WNS campaigns each year—t-shirts, tote bags, water bottles, stickers, and more. Every drop was a hit with students, parents, and staff—we consistently sold out and had people asking when the next launch was coming. From concept to print-ready files, I brought the school’s spirit to life through bold, wearable design that built serious community buzz.
Admissions Tri-fold
This essential piece of marketing collateral outlines the WNS admissions process, key dates, and tuition—all in a clear, approachable format. I designed the layout to balance function with brand-forward visuals, making sure information was easy to digest while still feeling polished and welcoming. I also coordinated directly with the printer to select paper stock, folding style, and finishes that gave the final piece a tactile, high-quality feel.
